What A Day at the Eno
Thanks so much to all who came out to the Eno today.
It’s good to feel useful.
Here is a note from Keith, the Superintendent of the Eno River State Park, who was on site with us today.
What a lovely day we had today, out in the light rain with 13 hard working volunteers from the Environmental Protection Agency. They showed up ready to work and accomplished a lot in their 40 hours of volunteer service . . . including reestablishment of a canoe access trail, water bar installation, kudzu control, boundary line clearing, and bamboo removal. Please let everyone at the EPA know how much we at Eno River State park appreciate all their hard work and their great attitude.
You are in our thoughts and prayers and we hope that soon you will be back at work. Thanks for choosing to spend some of your time with us.
